Thanks would you consider the a73? the a73 has better focusing but that doesnt mean the a7r3 does not. cost is cheaper. you would want the a7r3 for better evf and higher resolution. mark 3 is a big upgrade from the original a7r. battery life is also a main factor to upgrade but I was fine with the smaller battery. another thing to expect is the new body will have more weight and a bit bigger than the original. the sony apps on the camera are also gone on the mark 3. lots of users did not like that they can no longer use smooth reflection on the camera and time lapse app.

tonyniev Cream of the Crop More info Post edited over 4 years ago by tonyniev. | Thanks, the weight and size are two factors why I want to keep the A7R for travel companion to the M10. Also I cannot order because I am flying out tomorrow morning and no one will receive at home, and the sale ends on June 1....if I decide it will have to be delivered to my son's house. Cheers,

Heh. Went to aquariums (whale sharks and other sea creatures), DisneyLAND (there's a DisneySEA that I didn't know of), Shibuya Crossing, lots of temples, deer park, monkeys. Food was good. Ichiran ramen, sushi, sake, yakitori, even 7-11 offerings were good. Lots of walking and confusing subway, busses, trains. A seasoned New Yorker shouldn't have problems, though. ![]() We had good weather fortunately. A little bit of rain here and there. Nothing an Uniqlo store visit for a rain jacket couldnt deal with. I did similar as you. We went to Kyoto, Osaka, Himeji, Hiroshima, Miyajima, Hokone, Mt Fuji and Tokyo. The food was good every where. I mean it didn't matter where you purchased it from. Tons of walking like you said. Trains and buses not too difficult. However, what it different is the amount of walking below the surface as underground stations are massive and evolve into food halls. We stayed in a ryokan, had a traditional kaiseki dinner (this was very interesting with 8 courses), visited an owl cafe, saw so many temples that we lost count, Ramen ramen ramen almost daily, went to team lab museum (the most intense lighting show/interactive museum i have ever been to), participated in a traditional tea ceremony, bar hoping in Osaka and Tokyo, visited multiple hot springs, Went to a whisky bar which had the sold out ones for tasting, etc etc. Japan is an awesome place. My only complaint was actually spending too much time in Tokyo. Its a great city but outside of tokyo we enjoyed a lot more. We really want to go back so we can start in Okinawa then go to the Japanese alps and finish in Sapporo. tonyniev wrote in post #18840113 in NY I used to wash my cars, even wax them under the many trees near my separate garage, yes make sure you dry the car under the shades or even use rinse flo chemicals ...I buy expensive waxes, interior lethaer finishes and rugs, relying most on chamois...here in Las Vegas for water conservation washing cars at home is not alloed there are wash for a fee places...I opt to use hand washing shops. The only reason to buy a new car is to take advantage of AI options, that is braking to stop before hitting another car, alerts for cars on sides and alerting you if your eyes are wandering, there are also new rear passengers airbags on seat belt straps... Famous tied Monkey with the matrimonial strings...hope I can meet up with them on my next visit home. I am doing regular exercises now that I am 75, I have a stationary bicycle, rowing machine- feeling like Frank Underwood and dumbbells, no treadmills, because I prefer walking around to shop at malls and premium outlets with my wife or photo walk in the desert.I just completed my every six months doctors run, primary care with blood works then with the cardio that included lexiscan, that is stress test with radioactive dye and tomogram of the heart to see any blockage, as well as echo to see how how the heart and valves are working. Even went to UCLA center for early alhzeimer tets, came with flying colors no need to see them again unless there are major changes. Share pictures of the forthcoing wedding. LMFAO @ Feeling like Frank Underwood. Good to stay healthy Tony. Im curious to see if now we can fully have a mobile lightroom catalog as ipads can now support external hard drives. Beta users have confirmed read/write functions to them. If a pro photog can confirm this setup works im going all in with a fully upgraded ipad pro (the next version they release). As i find i enjoy and edit much faster these days on my phone than i do on my computer. Hate being locked into a desk at home when i spend enough time at work at one. (And no i dont want a laptop which would allow me do this. Already have a macbook pro but i edit on my tower at home). -Omar- Flickr
