Went for bit of a drive today, more of a scouting trip ……. Port Waikato and Waiuku forest. Forest easy to get to and gates open till 6pm. Some cool photos to be had. At end of road there is a look out that over sees the Waikato river meeting the sea. Map for reference

Te Aute Boys High Chapel. Have driven past here countless times - finally managed a shot. One of two black and white edits I tried.

Going back to working down on the farm, steep paddocks make it look as though you are driving into the sky and or going to fall off the edge. Flat earth indeed. Days like this the skies were intense blues, the cab hot, as the heater worked all the time.

All the wrongs, reflections, white balance etc. However I have always liked it, it is interesting to me.

I thought you would like it, you were not far out, :-D Wellington 2007:06:13 18:31:19 American date and NZ time  :p

12 yrs ago almost to the day, that was co-incidence, the capture time and modification time are within seconds of being identical as well.
