American mink from yesterday. This little mink ran by so I quick followed, she stopped, looked at me, then dove in. Withing a minute in murkey water she came out with this flathead catfish about as big as she was.

Thanks. I saw it happen again today, this time the sun was out and the fish was bigger. Those mink are amazing.

Great series Dave. After first viewing it on my phone didn't realize it was a threefer. I'm surprised to see the dragonfly nymph which was probably grooming the catfish, then flicked away in the final shot. Congrats for being there, set and ready. Good job man!

I would speed up the shutter a bit more for these shots, very nice captures though, right place, right time!
