I'm surprised you had the flash with you. I rarely bring a flash unless I know in advance i'll need one. I agree it did a great job with fill.

the TT350s is tiny and fits real nicely into the little sling bag I brought. popped it into the hot shoe and presto....decent fill!

According to SAR sigma are releasing a bunch of new lenses specially designed for FE mount. Interested to see what they do. Hopefully size is good

Nice size and great price. I may pick one up too. Thanks.

Yeah....I keep a small flash in my bag at all times...I hardly use them but they take up very little space.

Welcome to my world of isoprene Daniel!
Good you got a taste of GSMNP. Looks a viewpoint off 441/Newfound Gap Road.
Just hope it was cool enough for you at elevation :) Way to hot here now.

woot on you. Poof still has her M, great gift.

It's a great little cam for the size!

It's a shame that the whole compact mirrorless idea seems to be abandoned these days. I'd totally love an EOS M sized body with modern sensors and AF systems.

Mark Galer’s long YT review of the new FE 200-600mm is making me want one. Looks good.

Mother nature with a 15 minute show right outside my house and I watched it with my jaw dropped...not the camera :) Just a while ago.

The weather was very pleasant at the higher elevations. A very pleasant change from southwest Florida's summer greenhouse. We did take newfound gap road and my images are mostly from there or clingmans dome.

I've been playing with the Sony FE 28/2 for the last few days. It is good, but I don't think that it's got quite the same pop as my C/Y Distagon 28/2.8. That said, having AF is nice (though I still need to work out my settings/methods for MF on landscapes and whatnot) and it's light and it's a stop faster... I'll keep playing with it and decide if it's a keeper (and whether or not to sell the C/Y).

I’m really loving the CV40 but if this 35 1.8 is good optically/size/weight I’ll find it hard to resist

I have decided against the CV40 as CVs are a bit too contrasty for me.... this 35 looks interesting
