I was trying to take a picture of a flower attached to this thorny vine when this bird landed on it. Had to back away quickly while switching my camera - went from 14 to 560 in less than a second!! ( I'm allowed to be biased, Son #1 on left, Son #2 in middle )  some fairly old canon camera stuff, canon lenses, Manfrotto "thingy", and an M5, also an M6 that has had a 720nm filter bolted onto the sensor:
