You said the primary purpose is video and 4 of the 7 lenses you listed are zooms. Are you concerned with the lens noise the camera picks up when the lens refocuses and/or zooms?

EF 300 mm f/2.8 L II IS USM. Superb IQ and performance. Add Extender 1.4x if extra reach desired.
Can be hand held.

Dexter500,Take it for what it's worth but the Photographylife guys say that the sigma 150-600 Sport is optimized for sharpness at the longer end which is what I'd be looking for in one of these superteles.

Mark 2 is out of my budget, but there are used 300mm f2.8 L Mark 1 for around 2000$.

My plan is to use external mic so the lens noise is not problem for me.

The only options Id even consider for 600mm in your list are the 150-600mm zooms or the EF 300mm f/2.8L with 2X.

Both will offer much more than just 600mm, in different ways. The best bargain is IMHO the SIGMA "C" which I have been enjoying since it was released. It can be had for about $750.00 when it goes on super duper sale about twice a year.

I started shooting with the extender, chimping, I chickened out and removed it, not to spoil the once in a lifetime chance.

I don't think there is significant difference in the results.
