Physalis (Chinese Lantern) ''A Study in Green"
I know, I know, It's probably a weed 'down under':-

They are attractive plants. I like your study in green.
No worries Ray about that but Foxgloves have become a serious problem, in some places monumental one :-(

That's a very nice flower. What is the shrub? Looks a bit like holly leaves which I don't think it is.

I was looking for a name for this one myself and came up with Crocosmia or Montbretia.

.

Re Chinese Lantern:- We planted it two seasons ago. A weedy looking half dead scrap from a flower pot. Next year quite a few shoots appeared. This year it has taken over the border - growing everywhere. I really will have to dig some of it up:-(

Re Foxgloves:- Planted two last season, they seem to be multiplying in the garden as well. Just little leaves this season - but it'll be interesting to see if they try to take over next season:-)
