In my never ending struggle, I'm now thinking I'll preorder the 35mm if the AUD price is reasonable.
I feel bad about selling the Art since it is a good lens and I do love the f/1.4 aperture, I just care more about size and weight these days.

LOL...she is 8 as of about a month ago...and she is coming back around to it...but the trick is letting her see them on the back of the camera. She is starting to learn what looks good in a picture and what doesn't...she has been pretty tolerant this week with it...and she likes the attention for sure. xpfloyd wrote in post #18892338 Callum now looks at the camera for 0.5 seconds before looking away as opposed to 0.01 seconds. Feels like a long time nowLOL...there was a time that I couldn't even point the camera at her, she would run off or make really ugly faces at me... In video mode, it's an all out black magic like device, and photo mode, it's a lot different, contrast detect, and electronic shutter ONLY (yet at the same time it can use a flash?). Really digging the modular design, 371g camera..... awesome. Very modular design that you build to your liking. Missing a ton of features compared to Sony, but really dig the concept. Yeah I'm digging it too. I like the idea of a modular camera. focalpointsphoto.com

Sure the phones are pretty amazing now, but do not compare to what you capture here. I think I need to up my abilities as well. I will make a concerted effort to bring out the camera more. It's not like the A7 is bulky. I have no excuses. Mike
