Trwyn Du Lighthouse, Anglesey. The first lighthouse was erected in 1838 and replaced the present Lighthouse is 29m tall. The latter was designed by James Walker and built in 1835-1838. It was his first sea-washed tower.

Is it just me, or does that one have a list?

It does seem to lean to the right. This may be an optical illusion. I checked with a translucent plastic 45-45-90° template, and its center line is vertical in the frame. The water edge isn't quite horizontal. Shorelines aren't necessarily straight; a curved shoreline can throw perceptions off.

PRONOUN ADVISORY: OhLook is a she. | A FEW CORRECT SPELLINGS: lens, aperture, amateur, hobbyist, per se, raccoon, whoa | Comments welcome

I'd say it does appear to tilt.
But looking at other images it varies.
I'd say OhLook is on the money - optical illusion.

I took a screen shot and loaded into Cad
Left side slope 3°15', right side at 2° off vertical.
The base (not horizon) appears to be 1/2° off horizontal.

Also, compare to the various towers in the background. Unlikely the towers are anything but straight . . .

I think it does have a bit of a list. It was built in the 1870's and was decommissioned in 1962 because the island had been washed away and it was deemed to be unsafe.

Lighthouse at Darling Harbour, Sydney. Was lucky to have shot it while the golden hour was glowing.
This lighthouse was relocated from Townsville. An article here https://www.sea.museum/whats-on/vessels/lighthouse (external link)
