I don't recall ever seeing one with 8-hole wheels; 'F3' must mean 3/4-ton or something like that.

i believe the 4,700lb is the weight of the truck with fluids.

the 1/2 ton rating is the payload capability with occupants.

of course everyone at one time or another will put more than 1,000lbs of payload in the truck.

No motor but still a vehicle ...

When I see stuff like this I always wonder how it got here. This is in a really remote area. What were they doing out here....and why?

Couple of more. I have to wonder if the well in the background was dug with this truck. The well is still operating.

Interesting.
You people seem to have oil wells like we once had water wells.
Are these things on private land and owned by the farmer, ranch owner?
Do they own the oil or only collect for government who pays pittance for the privelege?
