Looks pretty good! I like the colors in this one, but might adjust the WB in the wheels a little bit.

I have driven every generation except the new one...some on track...but the RF is my favorite...I want one...I am not a huge convertible person, but a Targa is much preferred.

Is this basically an MX5 with a Targa Top?

The Captain and crew finally got their stuff together, now if we can only remember where we left it.

Yes, pretty much. It's a power retractable fastback. If you search for the MX5 RF you can find videos of the operation and see the difference with top "up" versus "down." It looks so slick both ways.

I heard they pretty much doubled the horsepower too. I had a 92 MX5 more than a few years back, and man, that thing handled and cornered quite well. ;-)a Sorry, I only have a quick cell phone shot of it.

They're pretty great cars, I had a second-generation model and it was a lot of fun to drive. You can really surprise people who think they're just a cute little convertible - "no-no, my friend, this is a proper sports car !" :-) I remember one ride that I gave to a guy at work, and he was reaching for the (non-existant) grap-handle in the the sky - the top was down! And I wasn't even near the car's limit - maybe six-tenths.

I'm mainly here for the snacks

Haha, I humiliated a guy with a late model Camaro SS one time. He was breathing on my bumper just before some serious turns that I knew well. I wont incriminate myself here, but when we got to the straight road on the other side of the mountain, he passed with the newfound look of respect and reverence on his face. ;-)a

They didn't quite double the HP but they did add some, and they moved the redline to 7500. Big improvements from what I understand. It's been a blast to drive and my first time hitting some curvy roads was SO good.

I used to got to the track a lot...at one point I had a little Mini S, my student had a C6 Corvette GS...he puckered so hard there was a hole in the passenger seat...
