I'd bet a dime to a donut that right after you shot that photo you heard a sound like a .22 being fired.

Great photo.

From the photo I thought it was just about to slap the water and dive.

Some friends of mine had a cabin on one side of the Glover River in SE OK, across the river was a Boy Scout Camp. The friends were fishing early one morning when the Scoutmaster kayaked over and accused them of shooting rifles the night before. Friend told him he was hearing Beaver slapping, Scoutmaster became livid, and told them they were crazy, Beaver don't make a noise like that. Friend told him if he didn't paddle back to were he came from he would soon be hearing some pistol shots real quick like. Scoutmaster left, probably set a Kayak Olympic record getting back across the river.

To funny, actually it was about to slap. I waited for the tail rise before the slap,as I have more water splash than tail rise lol.

.
Wonderful timing and a wonderful distraction-free background.

You absolutely nailed it!

"Your" and "you're" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"They're", "their", and "there" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"Fare" and "fair" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one. The proper expression is "moot point", NOT "mute point".
