I never heard anything good about wild turkey, so I never tried it. I never tried a gym. Too many sweaty people touching everything.

Only if you forget your pants.

Yes. Same as wild rabbits taste different from farm raised.

The gym has rules about cleaning off the equipment after you use it. There's cloths and spray bottles of cleaner all over the place. I keep an eye on the equipment I'm going to use, if someone doesn't wipe it down, I do it before and after I use it.

Our gym does STRENGTH AND CIRCUIT • YOGA/PILATES •STEP/CORE FUSION • BOOT CAMP • KICKBOXING • FRIDAY FITNESS • YOGA. It's nice that all classes only have 8-10 people for small group personal training. He kicks our butt.

The Y offers lots of different programs too. So far all I've done is AquaFit and AquaWalk.
This location is in a small town - around 5700 people. It was originally a community centre, but they brought the Y in about 2 years ago to take over operations. The classes run even if only one person shows up. The biggest class that I've seen is spin with about 10 people.

There are two other Y locations in the county. One is in just as small a town and doesn't have a pool. The other one is in the city, it's a full sized location with all the amenities, including full daycare.

Nice part with the Y is that I can go to any location.

Tonight was round two after bumping up the weight for leg presses. Finally got to a weight that is feeling heavy. I follow a routine that one of the trainers set up for me. Been going since May and I'm up 120 lbs over what they started me at.
