I've always been impressed with the Old Faithful Inn. This summer, for the first time, I got to stay there for a couple of nights. The place is great during the day, even with all the tourists. I wanted some photos, so I got up in the middle of the night and was completely awestruck.
To be honest, I know very little about architecture photography. I hope I did it justice. If you are ever in Yellowstone, the inn is a must see, in my opinion. If you ever get a chance to be there at night, you won't be disappointed. My best memory was the clock on the fireplace. It's nice during the day. The clock actually "tick tocks", which you can hear at night (and actually quietly echoes through the building).
