The sunset was spectacular, but the lack of light coming from behind me left the mountains a bit bland. I prefer the second shot even though the sky wasn't quite as dramatic.

Love them both.
To me the latter is more dramatic sky wise.
Light and landscapes are synonymous, but I don't think these suffer due to lack of light.
They're beautiful and how one so often sees it.
They both have life. Well done.
