My first attempt

While camping this weekend thought I'd try my hand at some stars.
A little more light from neighboring campsites than I had hoped, but think it turned out well for my first attempt.

Thanks... I was just hoping to get a decent shot of the Milky Way. Have no idea where Andromeda is, but now I have to research it. LOL

Thanks for the compliment.

It's a plane just above the trees.... There's another one higher up in the photo, that I actually didn't see while taking the shot. I'm assuming it was a plane as well.

It's between the top of the 2nd tree on the right and the satellite line above it. A little bit of a bright swirl.
