The isolation on this lens is insane! It's like the 135L on steroids.

Personally I am thinking this is the best CANON lens ever made. It is a shame Canon stopped manufacturing this lens in 2004 :( Autofocus and bokeh is insane !!! Newer version of this lens Canon 200mm F 2.0 is not near good as Canon 200mm F 1.8 !!!

That's amazing light. Your subject is well lit and the background is nice and airy looking without being too blown out. Gives the whole image a beautiful pastel quality.
