Put me down for an FE 85/1.8 as well! I've been tempted to pick one up on the used market but hadn't committed. That price is too good to pass. Yay!

Here's one of the wife and I.

Beautiful Cory. We're out for a few miles at the moment. Nowhere as spectacular though!

One good thing. I packed the Manfrotto bag not overly heavy but pretty full and as comfortable as it is, I just can't photograph from the side access!! It is driving me crazy!

New bag time!

Need a backpack Eddie. Hovering over the Osprey Kamber 42 - hiking bag comfort, rear access, options for tripod carrying.... Just need an ICU for it.

As I was hiking out of the Hoh Rain forest, I was trying to get back to the Jeep to have plenty of time to get to the beach for sunset. But as I cam around a bend in the trail this tree covered in moss was catching a bit of the light coming through the clouds, I could not just keep walking...had to take a shot.

Hey team....Need some help. I've got the 6400. I've been getting it set up (much easier this time compared to when transitioning to Sony from canon). Today I watched a vid that went through all the menu settings. I changed a couple things. Now with drive mode set to "single shot" it sounds like it's taking two shots but it is only taking one (it should only be taking one). Any clue what setting I must have changed? Seems odd behavior. I'm thinking this isn't unique to the 6400 so thought I'd ask here.
Thanks

Are you used to electric front shutter or whatever it is called before??

Now you have the shutter noise at opening & closing??

Yep....That's it! I guess I have always had the e-Front Curtain shutter on and only heard one click. Should I turn it off? Is that how all the cool kids shoot?

Mine was always on until the bokeh issues at high shutter speeds at f/1.2 etc on the CV40

So now it's off.
