A black and white from my trip to the PNW...didn't do a lot with black and white in mind, but a few from the beach were shot intentionally to be in black and white.

Most people don't like scree very much, but some young, very fit people 'scree surf' and descend steep scree in a semi-uncontrolled, very fast run. Not for my old bones though!

I loved to scree ski as a teenager long ago. :)

I said a few posts ago that Colorado was lousy with the stuff. Snapped off a few today on a hike with a little bit of scree, ok, nothing but scree. This wasn't really as obnoxious as it can be, there was a trail through it all. Mount Sherman.
