Thank you. The Dordogne has been my favorite area to go hiking the last few years. I'm now moving over into exploring the Lot.

Meyronne was a new town for me. I had hiked past the day before and immediately realized the town was perfectly setup to shoot around sunset. So I drove back the next day with tripod, etc. I shot this a bit earlier than I wanted to but I had dinner plans.

I'm trying to use a tripod in as much of my photography as possible these days. People talk about IBIS but I think a good solid tripod is a better way to go, even at 1/200.
