BlueTraveler Goldmember More info | Sep 18, 2019 08:33 | #48169 I need help identifying this bird. There were 5 of them foraging along the shore of a lake near Flagstaff, AZ yesterday. I believe it's a grackle based on its size, beak and yellow eyes. IMAGE LINK: https://imageshack.com/i/pn8Fzv2ujMike

BTW, I couldn't find a thing online about a brewer's versa grackle. ![]() Yeah I really think it’s a Brewer’s. Juvenile or female. Fall season birds can be a real headache for ID sometimes. I also wouldn’t completely rule out Rusty. I emagine you need to hear them to be sure?
