Sep 18, 2019 13:10 | #2672 IMAGE LINK: https://flic.kr/p/2hhnqQZ ![]() ![]() ![]() Another old shot taken in 1985, rescanned with the new scanner. Taken with a AE1P, FD 50mm F1.8 lens. The Film was Kodak CM 400 stock. (don't know if Gold, or Royal or ??) Scanned with the Plustek 8200i and Vuescan software. Played a little in lightroom to bring up the orange and deepen the shadows. I took this from my Bradley, I popped the hatch to get the sunrise with the neighboring vehicle. Not too shabby for a 19 year old with no sleep. LOL Thanks!

I'm thinking the RB might bet the way to go though, at least for now. I've also never used a waist level finder, though I did play with an RB67 at a local camera shop once. I should go back there now that I'm thinking about it, they had like 10 of them on the shelf. I guess they 'specialize' in them or something, and they were cheap, relatively speaking. It's been a couple years! I'll try to swing by there this week. My GA645i is the most perfect travel camera as it has a pop-up flash, auto focus and is completely automated. But I want more control. I want to shoot at night and I still don't own a meter. I just metered the same thing with two different apps, lol. One gave me a 4 second exposure, the other 1/3. I'm afraid to use my phone to meter at night... (Light Meter App and one called Lux). I'm sure I'll end up with all the cameras I want eventually. It just takes a bit longer as I don't sell anything, haha. whats this local camera shop? i only know about Midwest and ive only been there for a lens repair. do you soup your own film? i did that so many years ago. first by hand then with a machine (wing-lynch) then no more...

Canon EOS630, Tri-X, HC110(b) I was in the crew van heading to the airport 3 days before the last American Md80 revenue flight. One came right over the van as we were nearing the airport. I thought to myself that I should try to photograph one soon figuring they wouldn't be around for much longer. Little did I know that 3 days later would be the end of them.

Oct 03, 2019 08:43 | #2682 I'm not sure why my negatives are coming out so grainy lately. The last 4 rolls of Delta 400 have looked this way. I'm using HC-110b at 20c.
