Congrats Gene

Thanks Vinz. It should arrive this Wednesday with B&H's free, one-day shipping.

As I'm sure you already know, California sales taxes sux. :-(

I will keep plodding along with the r2...it gets the job done...;-)a

Another from DV...because I just can't stop finding images to edit from there...
no people in sight...just a big wide sand dune field...Alfredo is out there somewhere when I shot this...he went straight out to the big dunes while I went way out to the right/east.

I got one of these. I rarely shoot in hi-speed continuous mode or take many for any particular subject either. I've never come remotely close to filling any memory card...yet.

If I do, then I'll pick up a second 64GB card. I suppose that falls under the "Don't put all your eggs in one basket" method. :-)

You’re actually better off having less GB for any storage, if something happens then you lose less data.

Unless you're filling up cards in the middle of whatever you're shooting because of changing cards.

A7rIII can chomp through an entire 128gb SD card for a wedding.

The beauty of redundancy :) I wouldn't stress using a 128gb card...
