This one is from a few years back, I found it in the archives.

This is Dolloff Pond, in Conway, NH. Mt. Washington is in the background.

QUOTED IMAGE

I drove up Mt. Washington last year in August, it was almost terrifying!

I’ve driven up Pikes Peak a few times even when there was a little snow and ice on the road and it was nothing compared to driving up (and down) Mt. Washington on a good day.

I don’t think I’ll ever do it again especially not as a passenger!

I've done it twice now, on my motorcycle. Quite exhilarating!

Sunrise in the Smokies this past Sunday morning. The skies were clear but the valley was full of fog...it made for a pretty wild show. It was a tough call...wait it out or go chase the elk...the landscape photog won out and the wildlife wannabe had to wait.

Worked out! Great looking image. I've had that discussion a time or two myself :)
