Literally keeping an eye on me through the tall grass, this Great Grey Owl had just made a kill and wanted to make sure I wasn’t going to steal it from him

Hi Brad...

I really like this photograph. I hope you won't mind my making a suggestion. I think it might make it more powerful if you could crop in a little tighter to eliminate the branch in the upper-left area and also move the view to where the owl is slightly off center. The branch currently is fighting with the owl as a center of attention in my opinion. Cropping in tighter, might also make the owl's presence appear even more mysterious.

However with or without the crop, it is a wonderful photograph of the owl in a very unusual environment.

I'm loving your squirrels, chipmunks. They are so cute and the poses are captivating.
