Amazing park. Lots to see and some amazing views that are really accessible. There's only a few falls in the park. These were the largest and a bit off the beaten path, which is right up my alley

I believe the coastline is pretty great though isn’t it?

You got some water on that fall at least. There wasn't much trickling down it (or Jordan Stream) a couple weeks ago when we were there. I won't post my photo of it here because it would be a shot of mostly dry black rock. :-P Ten years ago back in October it was blasting over the top.

We were at the park when remnants of Hurricane Dorian passed through the area. It rained non-stop all day. Photo was taken the very next day. We stayed at a B&B and were taking waterfalls during breakfast. The owner mentioned those falls are usually dry or a trickle and that it would be a good day to see them. We hiked in from the Upper Hadlock Pond trailhead. My feet still hurt from all the roots

Absolutely! Cost, ponds, mountain tops, are all amazing. Several peaks are fairly easy to hike to and there's a road up to Cadillac Mountain, the tallest peak in park. There's lots of more adventurous hiking and cliff climbing trails in the park too.

We probably passed each other somewhere up there then. We shot Cape Elizabeth and Portland Head lighthouses the Saturday that Dorian passed through, and then spent the next week just north of Acadia. Seas were still rough and skies moody, which are perfect for lighthouse pics. The park was so much busier than we expected for the entire week. I'd love to see your gallery of Acadia pics.
