Two very nice birds in a very natural setting. I know they're just doing what ducks do, but you've captured the moment beautifully.

Many thanks, Richard. You are very kind with your compliments.

I especially like this one, Mike...especially the cool lighting.

Thanks Mike! Those little guys never stop moving. I just focused on a bright area and waited for him to hop into it.

These are very nice sharp images, Archi. I'm curious to know how you like this camera compared to your 7DII. Since I enjoy shooting a lot of BIF, I'm also very curious to know how fast it focuses on airborne birds.

Lovely light and colours.
The light certainly makes the bird stand out.
Very nice

Thanks Richard! There were little pockets of light under the canopy where several warblers were hopping around.

Magnificent shot, Shalu. I'm thinking you shot that off of a tripod. Yay or nay?

Thank you very much, Mike! This one is also hand held

I'm just beginning my explorations with the 90D. So far it seems to be performing very well. I have to get much more experience with high ISO shots, with croppability of distant subjects, and tracking of BIF. Reports from the field are that focus speed is slow compared to the 7D2. I was able to get nice sharp BIFs, and that was with the 1.4XIII, but that was for sideways BIFs, SBIF you might say. More experience is needed.
