Always been a favourite of mine.
3.8, wire wheels....
Saw one in a dealership once when in teens. went to buy it and came out with one of first BMW's sold here :lol:
never did get to own a Jag  :p

That Jag reminds me of that wonderful BBC show, Inspector Morse. John Thaw was the actor, he was so good.

And to rub salt I to the wound of endearment there a beautiful white 3.8 Mk 2, wire wheels in our little town today.

Well it has Tas on the plate space. Every now and then one appears in Darwin too. Only ever for a few days. Darwin is so far from anywhere I always wonder how they get them here. Did they drive the several thousand kms. Did they put them on the train? And why? Not many smooth twisty roads here. This is the sort of place you need a Toyota Landcruiser. Nothing else will last.
