Here's one that was on the cutting room floor. It shows new ties along the track, that are scheduled to be replaced soon.

Has anyone ever seen the car that does this process? Absolutely amazing.

I do not know if this "machine" has anything to do with replacing track, but it must at least clean up the track I am guessing perhaps to get ready for new track?
