Are the two yellow railcars for extra fuel, or some other purpose? And then the modern engine, is it helping push, or just for a possible breakdown of the BigBoy?

It will be coming through Oklahoma in Nov. I'm really torn, I'd love to go see it, but it would be about a 300+ mile roundtrip.
