We cuddled and whispered some crazy love words into each other's ears. I fed and cuddled him and then he left...probably for another woman Renata

I'll certainly increase shutter when I do. Poof asked me how I was liking it compared to previous. I told her it reminded me of my 5Dsr days, having to increase shutter...in the Riv's case 30% more my estimate of what's needed. I bet boosting aperture wouldn't hurt either with the TC, assuming of course you have the light....and Ed you do! Thanks Robert! I do need to get my technique down for sure. At 840mm and then in crop mode I should have been closer to 1/2000. I get worried about the ISO more on the R than the A9, bit I still need to get it sharp, and these Pintails fly very fast. It's a gamble and compromise as always with photography but when we get it right with the Riv the details are mind blowing....but it doesn't take much to get it wrong! The a9 is very forgiving compared to the Riv...just two completely different gears. flickr

I was tempted to do this with my 35mm Art and the Sony but I don’t do paid work and have no plans on doing so, for portraits anyways, so couldn’t justify. Oh yeah I'm keeping both. More of a rendering thing than anything. FE35 doesn't pair well with the 85gm. focalpointsphoto.com
