Outdoors at night with a bit of fill flash

This image is of a dancer from a Vera Cruz, Mexico dance troupe. I shot this at night, outdoors using a Sony A6400 with a Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8 lens. Manual exposure of 1/60 second at f/2.8 using auto ISO (which was 3200 for this shot)... I used a Flashpoint/Godox TTL350S pointing straight up for fill flash modified with a Joe Demb FlipIt reflector-diffuser with the Flip-It portion at 45 degrees towards the subject and the flash in TTL...

I used NIK Dfine noise reduction...

This is an unusual Mexican Dance Troupe since it has significant African influence which is indicated by the costumes, dance steps and music...

Agreed tough shoot at night seems to me the top is more in focus than her face
