First session taking pics of a person with my new Canon RP and used but new to me Mola Setti. A friend's step daughter graciously agreed to help us out.

Single strobe with a pinch of ambient.

Thanks so much InPhoto. The new light is a bit big and unwieldy to be carrying on location, but so far it's been worth the minor hassles. It always makes me super happy when I can get pleasing results from a very simple setup.

And I feel really lucky to have this sweet, lovely young lady willing to pose for us. She just enrolled in nursing school. I think I'm gonna be needing more frequent blood pressure checks.:-)

Love seeing your photos. Keep up the good work!

Thanks. Single strobe with standard reflector, barn doors and grid fitted. Black background. Not quite what I was wanting to achieve, though pleased with the result. Camera was a 90d.. doesn’t show in the metadata yet.

Thanks for the information...
It's a wonderful shot. I love dramatic lighting like this. Nicely done.
