Just unloaded the camera. A shot from November 10. Not seeing much in terms of wildlife. Shot was cropped some and resized. Shutter speed was not fast enough to compensate for movement caused by wind so didn't salvage a lot of shots from that day. Now to go find out what type of bird it is.

It look like a fairly mature tree. It is interesting that the windshield is still intact and a substantial amount of the original paint is still visible. Any idea of the age of the car? The vehicle looks fairly contemporary so I was surprised by the size of the tree growing through it. By the way, I'm assuming that this shot was not taken from your car and that the issue with your leg has improved. If so, I'm happy for you.

- for some years? ;-)a
Those almost triangular headlights are somewhat familiar - a Simca maybe?

definitely a 1960s vehicle. possibly a 1960s Vauxhall. many of the 1960s cars in Australia had a contemporary look in my opinion, American cars always seems more square and boxy to me. My ankle is coming along slowly, yes I was out of the car

It's 1960, an FB Holden by the fender, lights, grill

Mwsilver that tree could grow to that size in 10 years, possibly less.

Beautiful photo. Loved the old truck under the tree, resplendent in its autumn glory, too.

Nice shot. They are Cedar Waxwings.

Thanks for the ID. I had done some searching but had no luck.

Great shot of the dragonflys refueling, John.
