It was on the car. Never seen the paint so closeup

Don't know what this was, but it was very pretty.
Hard to get decent shot as it was blowing a gale

I've seen these attached to objects but never one on the move.
Its on an outdoor chair and the wife moved the chair into the sun then noticed this started walking away.
Fascinating to watch
It was moving quite fast and I had trouble chasing focus, so let it be
