i showed these images on my camera's LCD to a few of the old birders at the sanctuary and they got pretty excited, lol. i've seen this bird much further south but apparently it's very unusual to be where it was. they told me it's a Spotted Sandpiper in it's winter plumage(very few spots). it's well cropped unfortunately.
