Beautiful shot! I absolutely love these little birds! Would love to see one some day. :-)

Thank you Melissa. Bristol in the UK is a large town and there is a park in the middle with a lake and a river that runs through it. There are Kingfishers and Dippers and on occasion Otters. There is a constant stream of cyclists, dog walkers, runners and photographers. Of all places you do not expect to see such an abundance of wildlife. I am very fortunate to be not far from this Park where there are Dippers. They too are one of my favourites. Always a challenge as they find the darkest spots where no light gets, they constantly Bob or Dip up and Down and if you focus on their pure white chest you can over expose the shot and if you focus on their dark belly you can under expose the shot. Here's another I took yesterday

What a cool little bird, Shalu. Very nice shot!

Fantastic eagle shot, Robert. He's sitting in his Christmas tree.;-)a:-)

Thanks Mike this is a first Winter Plumage bird, they eventually get their full black head. I pulled this from my Gallery. The Male on the left was trying to break up the happy couple and lots of squabbling took place.

OK, Paul...I should have realized it was a first year bird. This is a cool looking action shot of the birds squabbling.

The park that you are referring to really sounds like an amazing place, Paul. This shot of the dipper is beautifully done. Great job.
