Oh sorry this is in Korea not Japan. This was in AK Plaza mall in Suwon.

Chicken and Quail eggs with creamed greens, bacon and pimentos. Lots of garlic and onion too. Natural light, not my normal studio "northern sun" set up.

The brownies seem a bit oversharpened making them appear a little hard. You might select the brownies and apply a small, .3 pixel gaussian blur to mitigate the sharpening on them.

Thanks, I had sharpen for screen high turned on in the LR export. I use that for my newspaper work, the online edition impresses the hell out of the images so it needs to be over sharpened.
