I had to wait for the moon to drift towards the horizon for the first shot because it was too bright to properly expose for without losing the rest of the sky. It was a pale orange color and mirrors the strange sunsets we've been getting over the last few weeks.

These were shot from Sydney, Australia.

Taken on my street at night this last week. Short from my porch to avoid any mosquito.

Closer with a longer lens + EF 2x III Extender. Still virtually impossible to capture the colors properly, even with post processing methods.
