If I'm remembering correctly, you're not likely to ever see an original out and about. I'm thinking it's like the Shelby Cobra. Really cool shot, I like it!

As much as I like those cars I don't have that many shots of them.

my plant (Chrysler) built the stamping dies for all of the major exterior panels for this. roof, doors, hood, trunk and several of the structural pieces underneath.

i would THINK they had more than one set of dies for all of this sheetmetal (for building in the States and Europe) but no idea...

Are they sending the sheetmetals to Europe? That would be a lot of money costs.
Does the 500 sells in the US? I don;t think I've ever seen more than 4 0r 5 cars.
