I hadn't picked up the cameras for several months, wasn't sure I'd even be able to take pics anymore. Not all the way back but trying to find normal.

Christmas evening. Domed structure is Kitt Peak observatories 52+ miles away.

The Rainbow Christmas Tree
Last night right next to the church in downtown, I saw this pine tree touched by a rainbow...:-)

John, that's truly unusual. I've never seen a rainbow illuminate (rub off on) anything. Rainbows on the mainland just hang there.

We've had herds of bucks on the property this year. This youngster was about 5 feet from the back door while feasting on acorns.
