Construction work (or not) in a Spanish coastal town. The partially-built skyscraper in the background is by far the tallest structure in the town, probably another monument to the hubris of the pre-2008 construction boom. Pictures taken more or less opposite one another. Both Leica M4, 50mm, Kodak ColorPlus and Sunny 16 ... because who needs a light meter when you live in an area with 300 days of sun out of the year? (It's currently one of the other 65.)

I swear, half the wiring in Spain looks just like that and that there are not more electrical fires can only be because it doesn't rain very often. It's like all the electricians finish a job like Homer building a barbecue ... "that's one fine looking electrical installation ... why doesn't mine look like that?!"

Anyway, also in things that you see a lot of in Spain ... baby Jesus on balconies because Christmas. Zuheros, Cordoba, Andalucia.
