High Res Lunar Mosaic with Lunar V & X Features | Jan 2nd 2020

43% Illuminated Waxing Crescent with Lunar V & X features at the terminator.

Resolution is 570 meters per pixel.

Full disc mosaic, this is a very large high resolution mosaic, to see the true resolution (0.3"/pixel | 0.570km/pixel) please see my Astrobin link:

Both images are remarkable Terry. I love the contrast in the first image!!

But the second image looks so HUGE!!!!!! Oh my word!!!! I can reach out and touch the moon on that one!!

I have never seen an image of the moon before that looks this close to the Earth!! Amazing!
