His landing was more of a controlled crash. Great shot! Did it fly really close? your focal length used was surprisingly short.

Itsed65 Goldmember  More info | Jan 05, 2020 13:28 | #21394 I have to say for anyone in the Bay Area or Northern California in general, this has been a great year for eagles at the Sacramento/Colusa NWR complex. I even caught a golden yesterday, along with about 7 balds. It used to be a treat to see just one in a year! They should be hanging out through January, so I would highly recommend a trip up there if you haven't been before.
