She was experimenting and this was a cross with a citrus bread recipe. As I recall it didn't work as expected so it was cut up then used as a bread pudding. ;-)a

My standard loaf that I used to bake weekly with my 15 yo rye sourdough but the bread itself is 80% wheat. Probably one of the best loaves I've ever made.
