Great atmosphere and colors.

It all started with my curiosity about malt vinegar. I wondered if the UK malt vinegars tasted different than the US style so I bought a bottle of Sarson's online. From there, I've also purchased a few other condiments and have a jar of Colman's Original English Mustard on order for me to try too.

By the end of this week, I should have my order of British style pork back bacon and bangers delivered as well. These were ordered through RJ Balson and Son. Founded in 1515, they are the oldest family butcher shop in England. In the US, they have an online store only.

Well staged and put together, maybe change the temp of the photo or add a bit of vignette to pull the eye closer to your focus. Three different layers of wood that are close but not quite the same color is tricky.

I like the vignette idea, its a tool I use often. I was lazy with this pic it is SOOC no post. It's not really something I can put in my port.

Time to make another batch of Madras curry powder. Just drying some ginger and chillies to be ground up and we are ready to go...
