I've noticed in the EXIF data that your shutter speed is abysmally low! You'd definitely need to up your ISO quite a bit to get a reasonable SS. If someone is walking as you're trying to capture them, you need to be around 1/250 or higher. You'd also need to have your focus set to AI Servo to track focus as they walk as well. Can you get your aperture lower than 5.6? I'm assuming not, since you're the "5.6 Guy" :-)
