A recovering siskin after it flew into one of our windows. He seemed to be quite comfortable and stayed for ages before flying off.

He walked from my hand to my arm and then on up to by my chin quite calmly. I can assure you that the old saying of 'a bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush is wrong. one in the hand does it on your wrist! Still....

My ambition for a good while is to grow old disgracefully. So far my wife tells me that I am doing really well!
