I put the old guy in the corner like that, with the unthinking person's discarded trash nearby, and the other people inside busy buying and selling, and it tells a different story than just the old guy checking his phone, sitting one-third of the distance from the left.

Similarly with the Jubilee Market shot. Look at the matching verticals, note that the two shots were taken just a short time apart, and you'll see how I'm playing with the viewer. :-)
