you could always see if he is interested in a manicure but just a bit off since he might still need them when visiting his other lady friends. Or bailing over fences when the husband comes home.

A manicure would not be in as he's pretty wild. I would have to have an army of people to immobilize his paws and body...and then the price for that would be way too high! He could not climb my fence without his sharp claws

Maybe it's time for something like this :p https://www.darkknightarmoury.com …g-leather-armour-package/ (external link)

Or if funds allow a Mithril shirt?

But seriously the kneeding is something kittens already do with their mother to stimulate the milkflow. Some just can't stop and keep doing it the rest of their lives. I think Freud had something to say about that;-)a But how a cat aquires a Oedipus complex I don't know, I'm a veterinarian, not a cat psychiatrist....

bw!
Good one, I may have out on an old leather jacket to minimize the injuries all over my body ߤ

I grew up around cats and with the saying if a grown cat "made bread" vigorously it had been deprived of its mother's milk.
Weened too early or something.
Well that was the folklore of my era

Our cat was a very small kitten rescue found in a field. We bottle fed her for some time. Ever since, her morning routine is kneading my wife's robe, while my wife is drinking her first cup of coffee.

Little Bella was a very lucky girl to have found you Tim!
And.. she's not so little any longer. She grew to be quite the beautiful cat.

This is Ozzy.

He had been a long time stray before he was eventually rescued from the streets and came to our cat rescue.
He was taken to the vets first, was checked for a micro chip(not chipped) and he was not neutered. He was covered in fleas, underweight and carrying various battle scars from his time on the streets.
He was checked for all the usual nasty things that cats carry, thankfully they all came back clear.
Then it was a case of worming and flea treatment and waiting to see if his previous owner would claim him before he could be treated further and made ready for adoption.
Sadly no owner was found so it was time to start readying him for the new life ahead of him.

In his time with us he has come on leaps and bounds, weight now good, has been neutered, scars healing nicely and fleas banished. He was very wary of people but now he is a super friendly boy and is ready to find his forever home:-)

This is Newbie.
Newbie showed up on our doorstep and appears to have taken up permanent residence on our front porch. We call him Newbie because he's the newest to show up looking for a home.

Jeff,
He is a pretty good looking guy and it's nice he is grateful for the effort put in. Surprising he doesn't have the big head from being unfixed.
